I complete forgot to blog about the most important day of 2007, my daughter's graduation day. I'm so proud of her. She received her Associates in Arts on August 8, 2007. Everyday I give thanks for my children, because they make me feel so proud of myself as a parent.

It's back to UNCG for her in the Fall.

Now back to my knitting, not that to take away from my daughter's graduation.

I'm working on a pair of Jaywalker socks.

I'm also working on the Red Light Special, which is a Brooklyntweed design. If you have never visited his blog, you are in for a surprise. He is such a good knitter and photographer. I go to his blog everyday just to see if he's posted new pictures.

I knitted this in 2 days. I'm at the top of the hat and almost ready to bind-off. I did most of it today while I watched Burn Notice, Dexter and 28 Weeks Later. No one told me my husband, (he doesn't know it yet) Idris Elba from the Wire, Stars in 28 Weeks Later. I would've watched it a long time ago.

Your Jaywalkers and Red Light Special are fantastic. You have a lot to be proud of in your children - they are a mirror of you facing towards the world, and the reflect well!!!
